Outdoor service/ Summer and autumn barbeque.

At the Ongajoksetra Mountain Farm you will also find an outdoor grill and oven.

These are frequently in use during the summer and autumn at special occasions. The guest are seated at a long table outdoors, and enjoy a refreshing drink while the chefs prepare the food on the barbeque.


Among our barbeque favorites are lamb grilled whole, thigh of Reindeer or whole fish such as Salmon from the Alta River, or Trout caught in the Ongajokka and Mathiselva rivers.


To round off the delicious dinner we reccommend you to try the Chef's rhubarb pie.


You will not get the regular hot dog served at our mountain farm, but we guarantee that our home-made game sausage is a tasty substitute.
