Ongajok Mountain Farm offers a variety of Sami adventures.

We can offer an exciting cultural evening in our Sami lavvo with Johan and Berit from Boazo Sami Siida providing traditional Sami entertainment and sharing stories about Sami life. We will gladly combine this with our popular Sami dinner prepared on the open fire in the lavvo: reindeer meat, bouillon, bidos or our specialty, "wilderness bones". As a snack, we can serve dried reindeer heart or how about or how about tasting our delicious home-made game sausages grilled on the fire. We can promise a special atmosphere and it´s harder to find a more "genuine" adventure.

One of our other Sami adventures is a visit from Marit Øverli Hætta, who chants in the traditional Sami way, and tells about their culture and way of life. Marit is one of Norway´s leading chanters and has released her own album. The atmosphere is magical when Marit entertains us outside around the camp fire.
