Welcome to the Arctic Lapland!
The peace and quiet of the wilderness enhances the experience
of the surrounding nature. Sitting snug by the fireplace, enjoying
a relaxing time in the sauna and a comfortable bed work wonders
for gathering new strength and creating harmony. The interaction
with the hosts and other guests further contribute in making
your stay enjoyable. In connection with the sauna and shower,
there is a relaxation room that has proven to be very popular
among our guests.
Traditional Norwegian cuisine is definitely a part of the
experience on our little mountain farm. Fresh, home-made bread
is served for breakfast and lunch. True gastronomic specialties
from Finnmark and the Arctic such as reindeer in all varieties,
grouse, trout, sea fish and fresh fish from the mountain lakes.
Cloudberry and other berries from this region are among the dessert
favourites. The Ongajoksetra Mountain Farm also offer a selection
of fine wines, beers, liqueurs, cognac etc.
The Ongajok Mountain Farm is an ideal spot for board meetings,
team building or other types of meetings. In our splendid meeting
room one is guaranteed to find peace and quiet to work.
